It seems to be common among fans to complain about the team quarterback.  No matter how well the quaterback does there will always be someone to say he could do better, there will always be someone yelling we need a new one and there will always be someone who forgets just how bad things were before McNabb became a fulltime, pro bowl, possible Hall of Fame quarterback.

The 2008 season for the Philadelphia Eagles was a typically tumultuous one. The Eagles made another late-season push to get into the playoffs only to fall short in the NFC championship game to a different opponent. Despite the same result, the Eagles and their fans are left with another familiar off-season emotion: optimism.

Superbowl XLIII is over and the Pittsburgh Steelers now have their 6th championship. They defeated the Arizona Cardinals by a score of 27-23. Both teams put up a solid effort but in the end the fans from Pittsburgh got to waive their Terrible Towels and watch their beloved team "win one for the other thumb."

s morning in a TO-like manner, letting it be known that he would like to be on the receiving end of Donovan Mcnabb passes come September. 

After an unexpected deep run into the playoffs, Eagles fans are sure to be howling for Joe Banner to snatch up Houshmandzadeh.  The Birds are some 30+ million under the cap, have an aging offensive line, and all-everything running back, Brian Westbrook, seems to be getting more fragile by the year.  With the progression of the defense over the last year, it would seem that even a mediocre offense would make the Eagles immediate Super Bowl contenders.
